Automatic Invoicing

A special land transport company, operating in the main cities of Colombia, provides services for patients of ARLs and EPS. The invoicing process for these services was manual, involving a high consumption of time and resources. Additionally, the manual process was error-prone, which could cause delays in payments from ARLs and EPS.

Solution

To address this issue, the company developed an automated solution for the invoicing process. This solution consists of the following steps:

  1. Downloading the services provided from the client’s application.
  2. Accessing the service receipts.
  3. Generating invoices in the SIIGO system.
  4. Uploading all receipts to each client’s platform.

Results

The automated solution has allowed:

  • Validating service expenses.
  • Invoicing services in a timely manner.
  • Recording expenses for each invoice.
  • Achieving timely invoicing to improve the company’s cash flow.
  • Managing more than 1,080,000 clicks.
