Our client in the BPO Contact Center sector faced an issue with their “Pre-legal Letter Generation” process. Currently, this process was performed once a day for all campaigns, causing delays in customer service. The execution needed to be constant and in real-time to send information to each customer with their respective letter immediately.

Solution

The implemented solution automated the “Unified Legal Letters” process. It gathered information from each campaign, including data from clients of Agaval, Hogar y Moda, Leonisa, and Coopantex. Then, necessary variables such as ID, name, and current date were recorded. This data was digitized into a Word letter format and saved as a PDF. Finally, the letters were automatically sent via WhatsApp to each customer’s phone, allowing for quick and effective communication.
