Solution
The solution adopted to address this challenge involved the complete automation of the “Laboratory Results Upload” process. Through this automation, the results of the analyses were automatically downloaded directly from the Salud Total portal. These results were then accurately entered into the healthcare entity’s database. Furthermore, a daily link was established between these results and the patients’ medical histories. This automation not only improved efficiency but also minimized human errors.
