An insurance company faced a significant challenge in its insurance quotation process. The current process involved making two cuts to execute quotations, leading to delays in customer service and quotation delivery. The goal was to make the quotation process immediate to enhance the customer experience and provide insurance quotations quickly.

Solution
The implemented solution to address this problem involved obtaining customer information directly from the Leads page, where all necessary data for quoting was provided. Subsequently, the automation of light vehicle insurance quotations was carried out by navigating through the following insurers: Allianz, Liberty, Hdi, Previsora, Axa Colpatria. Additionally, a comparative table was created that analyzed the characteristics of each insurer. Finally, this information was sent to the customer via email immediately.
