The selection process faced a critical challenge related to extracting information from various digital sources to record it in the main system. This caused delays in the selection department as staff had to manually input data into the system and notify candidates about required tests and documents in a timely manner.

Solution

The solution implemented in the selection process was based on obtaining information directly from the initial registration form. Subsequently, this information was digitized using the client’s COR application. Automation allowed notifying candidates via SMS or TTS about the tests they needed to take and the documents they needed to submit.

Results

The implementation of this solution brought about a series of notable results:

  • Efficient tabulation of candidate information was achieved.
  • Verification of the names of the requested documents in the client’s system was conducted.
  • Automatic notifications were implemented, allowing timely and effective communication with candidates.
  • Over 7,800 interactions were carried out in the process, highlighting the efficiency and success of automation in the Human Resources selection process.
